Bruce Carter and son Craig Carter - Coaching Day

The coaching day held on Sat 20th January at our stadium was a huge success, with around 36 players (participants).

Everyone appreciated the expertise, skill, fun and enthusiasm that both Bruce, Craig and assistants were able to display and their coaching expertise in assisting all of those attending.

It was also nice to see some players from Benalla and Yarrawonga take this opportunity to participate and improve their skills.

We also wish Bruce well with his current condition and that he has a speedy recovery.

Group Coaching

Olympian: David Powell in Bendigo

Former Australian Olympian David Powell comes to Bendigo.

Sessions assist with training and development for Victorian table tennis players under the age of 21 who want to continue to develop all aspects of their game.

A range of skills featured throughout the sessions, included;

• Advanced table tennis skills
• Competitive match play
• Strategic thinking 
• Strength and conditioning advice
• Mindset advice

This session was held at our stadium, Bendigo (140 Victoria St Eaglehawk) - Nov 26th 2pm - 5pm.

It was great to see all of the participants and we wish to thank them, their parents, David Powell and the VTTA Pathways Pprogram providing support for the juniors.
